Talent Connect Summit is an executive level, invite-only immersive experience designed for leaders to solve the biggest challenges facing us today. As a speaker, you hold the power to inspire action and ignite urgency in the talent community. We are looking for dynamic speakers who can shift perspectives and reframe opportunities. Your participation will contribute to shaping the future of work and empowering talent leaders to drive meaningful change within their organizations.

Talent Connect aims to showcase innovative approaches and strategies for navigating today's challenges. We're seeking sessions that are timely, relevant, transformational, and delivered by great storytellers. Talent Connect will be in New York City September 28-30, 2026. If selected, speakers will be required to attend in person.
These sessions are designed to foster peer-to-peer problem solving and community building by tackling challenges head-on. As a speaker, you will present for around 20-minutes and then attendees will solution on the problem statement together in small groups. This format is more like leading a workshop and is a top rated format year over year by attendees.
We’re continuing to test and explore new formats based on attendee feedback to enable deeper dives, collaboration, and peer problem-solving. As a result, you may be asked if you’re open to a format not listed. Our goal is to match speakers with opportunities that best meet audience needs and maximize impact, relevance, and success.
Please note: Talent Connect will be in New York City September 28-30, 2026. If selected, speakers will be required to attend in person. This is not a paid opportunity and all travel and lodging costs are at the expense of the speaker. Speakers who are selected will receive entry to all Talent Connect Summit programming.
